I have worked a great number of dealers and garages as a mechanic and I I must say, this has to be the absolute worse post sale service I have ever seen. Quite literally they could not give a absolute xxxx mechanic and I I must say, this has to be the absolute worse post sale service I have ever seen. Quite literally they could not give a absolute xxxx about you after you sign for your used car. My car spent a week sitting at the dealership with a list of problems I gave them for warranty work. In five days they changed one light. They said I would get an email when the rest of my parts arrived. Three weeks later no news so I email them to ask and like magic my parts arrived that day. Don't trust them with a glass of water. More

Bad service from the Financial services department This is my 4th time leasing a car from Spinelli Pointe-Claire and I was terribly disappointed with the service that my I received from George Yacoubia This is my 4th time leasing a car from Spinelli Pointe-Claire and I was terribly disappointed with the service that my I received from George Yacoubian in the Financial service department. He was friendly at the beginning but once I told him (three times) that I did not want to purchase the extended warranty his attitude was poor and unprofessional. He made a comment to my husband and I as he left the building (we were admiring a nice car) that "that car is out of your budget". He also failed to send important information to our insurance company. Unfortunately not sure if I will be back. More
