Excellent Vehicle Purchase Experience I purchased my new Santa Fe XL dealing with Aaron over the phone, and he found me the exact vehicle that I was looking for, for a great price. When I arrived at Southtown to pick up my vehicle, Michael quickly took care of the financial details, and turned me over to Noel, to do the delivery orientation of the vehicle. Noel quickly ran me over to registration, and as soon as we returned my vehicle arrived from the detailing. Noel was extremely personable, explained every feature of the vehicle, helped me set up my Bluetooth, and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend the dealership, and especially Noel, who did such a great job, even though it wasn't even his sale. More

bought a car and the tires are crap they arn't trying I just bought a car 2 months ago from them and I had a blow out on the highway I was lucky enough to keep the car on the road I figured benefit of the I just bought a car 2 months ago from them and I had a blow out on the highway I was lucky enough to keep the car on the road I figured benefit of the doubt maybe it was just one crappy tire next thing I know I was heading down the highway again and another tire started making the same noise Hasn't blown yet but who knows how long all the tires are shot not one of them is in good shape anymore except the one brand new tire that I paid for because I assumed it was something I might have hit They are Attempting to fix the problem will wait and see the result Was told they were replacing 2 tires show up and they tell me that they are making me pay half of the 3 tires In the end they replaced 2 tires and I replaced 2 tires still unsure of my feelings not please but not disappointed More

These guys charged me $720 just to change the ignition lock and it took 7 days to do it. After picking up my vehicle, now the "check engine light" is on...
