From sales to service, They start by giving you the wrong color of the vehicle and force you to take it. Follow up is so poor and service sucks. The service department also has their own agenda to follow and do not provide the class of service you expect. The worst is the finance department who is so careless and has very poor knowledge. Please folks avoid a disaster by going to them it will be life time haunting. More

BREACH OF PERSONAL INFO AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We are honestly so shocked at what has gone on with this dealership. We were working with them on purchasing our first car and eve AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We are honestly so shocked at what has gone on with this dealership. We were working with them on purchasing our first car and everything seemed to be going well. However, when we decided on a different car from another dealership, they called us constantly. Almost immediately afterwards, we started receiving calls about a free TV add posted from our phone number on Kijiji. So, after we decided not to buy there, they pranked us. Absolutely unbelievable and not to mention grossly unprofessional how they took our personal contact information and used it against us. From what I can gather, as long as they can take your money, they're happy. If not, they will try to make your life miserable. We will be pursuing legal action about the breach of our personal information, but in the meantime, I urge you to avoid at all costs. More

Really happy with the vehicles ability and creature comforts. Katie really made my wife and I comfortable during the test driving portion of the purchase. Also it was refreshing to hear her not know a specific answer about the vehicle but immediately find it out. She was also great with our daughter. We found haggling over the price was comfortable the manager Steve. He listened to our concerns and after going back a forth we found a number we where comfortable with. It didn't feel like the usual "car buying" experience. All in all it was a great experience. I recommend the Tucson to others as well as South town Hyundai. I will definitely go back next time. More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The worst customer service in the entire world - they will take your money, but that is about it. If zero stars were an option, that would be what they would get. I have purchase 2 vehicles from this place - and want to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- there is zero support for issues that arise - from faulty seat belts (2013 Elantra) to keyless entry issues, broken fan belt which resulted in an exploding engine (2012 Elantra), you will get the same response " there is nothing that we feel like doing for you - that is of course if you are lucky enough to have them return your phone calls. Nothing but broken promises. As one consumer to another - take your money somewhere that appreciates you after the ink is dry! More
Ripped off Twice!! During the purchase negotiations we were told that we were eligible for 0% financing for half of the vehicle cost. When doing the final sign off of financing papers, they "almost" tricked us into signing for a standard interest rate loan vs 0%. We perceived it as a bait and switch con! Hence we almost cancelled the deal but instead paid cash for the vehicle as we were not initially planning to finance the vehicle. My most recent experience was during a service appointment over their so called "loaner" vehicles. The dealership seems to have done away with their "GoAuto" loaners which was a real selling feature during the vehicle sale. They now use Budget rentals. I specifically asked if there would be charges for use of the rental vehicle and not once was it mentioned about gas useage fees. My vehicle was only supposed to be in the shop for one day, however service personnel called and said they could not get it done and asked if I would pick it up the following day before closing. I agreed to this and again asked is there a cost for the rental? I was assured there would be no cost. Well much to my surprise when I looked at my credit card statement charges were put through by Budget. I placed calls to the service dept and also Budget. Funny how it comes out now that yes the user is responsible for gas!! I'm done with this dealership and maybe even Hyundai!! More

Jerry made me feel very welcome with showing all different types of vehicles under Hyundai and when I had my eyes on Sonata, he gave me opportunities to drive both hybrid and non hybrid. Garfield then did the negotiation with me and it was easy. Genevieve took care of my finances and it was great. I'd recommend anybody buying a new car to this dealership More
