He listened to my requests, brought various cars in for a test drive and took the time to explain the pros and cons of the vehicles, etc. He was very detailed and organized when it came to explaining payment structure and I felt like he was on my team when negotiating with the finance department. You could really tell that Mark had my best interests in mind and that he treats all of his clients with this same level of service. Mark is able to take the stress out of the car buying experience, by making sure you feel like you have all the information necessary to make the right decision and that you also have a laugh in the process.
