Silky smooth, no pressure experience. Easy-peasy! I am a person that knows what he wants and does copious research prior to moving forward with any purchase. I dislike pressure tactics a Easy-peasy! I had a few questions and concerns when I met with Caesar. He answered everything he could and found the answers for the questions he couldn't. I left the dealership to discus financing with my bank, Caesar and I continued our discussions via email and text until we arrived at a deal! Efficient My first experience with DJ was using our most convenient mode of communication! As I work in the Home Health Care system it is much easier send messa My first experience with DJ was using our most convenient mode of communication! As I work in the Home Health Care system it is much easier send messages than it is to talk on the phone. Thru texting and emails we were able to get everything set up and organized. I believe I finally spoke with him when the financing came thru and it was go :) . I live outside Carstairs, so when the day came to go pick up the car, DJ arranged for us to stay the night at the FanastyLand Hotel free of charge as well as a dinner!! Now that is Customer Service!!
