Good Vibrations I was nervous about going to buy a vehicle from a dealership since I've only heard about people being pressured, but when I met Merik my perception wa I was nervous about going to buy a vehicle from a dealership since I've only heard about people being pressured, but when I met Merik my perception was quickly changed. Elias I needed a car for my mother after calling around dealership to dealership I finally got a gentleman named Cesar Molina, he was polite and asked me ab I needed a car for my mother after calling around dealership to dealership I finally got a gentleman named Cesar Molina, he was polite and asked me about my needs for the vehicle and the reasoning for the vehicle. I explained it was for my mother and she needed a reliable vehicle and I didn't wanna spend an arm and a leg to get one. Thats when Cesar took the time to show me several options not just treat me like he wanted to make a sale and get me out the door or off the phone. After finally hearing all my options I felt comfortable with him over the phone so I decided to go down with my mom, when we arrived to the dealership he was there dressed sharp and had tim hortons waiting for us he made us feel valued from little gestures. He sold us the car e wanted and were interested in and upon the sale and delivery he said to us call him on his personal phone anytime about anything we ever need. When we picked up the vehicle he also gave us a tour of the dealership introduced us to all the managers and told us his service is now starting with us. That alone made me really respect him cause most sales guys after the sale are no were to be found, not him he told us his service is staring after this point on. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone the industry needs more people like Cesar to make the experience as good as he did. More
