Left with a need to quickly replace my vehicle, I began the standard search for a vehicle. I scoured the internet and eventually spotted a few possibilities. One of the cars I thought might work was a used Elantra here at Southtown. I was immediately contacted by Cesar Molina and we set up an appointment for early Sat. morning. I only had two hours that day before I had to leave for a shift. We worked quickly to determine my needs and my budget. The car I had originally seen on the internet was not a good choice. I tried another car and we left it with a possible good fit and a deposit. I came back the next day with my daughters and we did another test drive of that vehicle, but they felt we should have Cesar check through the inventory once more. Because I really enjoy driving a standard transmission, he looked again and found a perfect fit! After some working through the price, we were able to agree that the 2012 Elantra GL with a nice standard was going to work for us. We came back today and purchased the vehicle. My husband and I(and our girls the day before) were impressed with the very personable treatment we received here. I would recommend your dealership to anyone in the future. Every aspect of the sale, the service, and the actual details of the vehicle were covered. He explained several key features and differences of the vehicles. Allowed myself and my entire family to take each out for a good test drive. Dealership was open to negotiating - did not feel any pressure tactics. On reaching an price we could both accept, financing (with Genevieve) went very smoothly (it was a Saturday and by late afternoon, the arrangements were confirmed). Came in on the following Monday with the needed papers and was out with my vehicle within the hour (and the only delay was with registration, not Southtown's issue). More
