He was able to find a vehicle that met our needs and wishes in an expedient fashion. He returned phone calls promptly and was diligent in following up with us, even calling after we had the vehicle in to get the second key cut and programmed. I enjoyed his easy manner and sense of humor. I would recommend him to others considering purchasing a Hyundai. Genevieve was very efficient and accommodating of our needs as well. More

Terrible dealership Worst customer service experience I have ever had. This dealership sold me a lemon. I have had my vehicle for a total of 8 Months and they have had to Worst customer service experience I have ever had. This dealership sold me a lemon. I have had my vehicle for a total of 8 Months and they have had to replace the engine twice, due to their error. First time they "fixed" it my vehicle was in their possession for 2 months. When I got my vehicle back I had it for 3 days and it again broke down on highway 60. THREE DAYS AFTER THEY HAD IT FOR 2 MONTHS!! Not only would they not help me with a deposit on a rental, but they hooked me up with a sales rep that wanted more money out of me, when ALL I wanted was a reliable vehicle that they should have sold me in the first place. I am a full time student and do not have the time to break down on the highway every other day. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Ever. Extremely upset. More
