She asked a series of questions to find out what vehicle would best meet my needs, and respectfully worked to find me a vehicle within my budget. When I made my final decision she shared in my excitement and was open, attentive, and thorough throughout the decision process. Initially, I was dreading buying a car and/or being pushed into something I did not want or could not afford.
