Extras were run by me for my approval before being done and I appreciate that. It was also helpful to know that I could drop off my keys and pick them up after hours if I could not be there on time. The opening time until 5:30 was helpful. Also a great bonus to find a surprise in my vehicle when I picked it up. Thank you for the headphones! The front mats were also cleaned up and that was appreciated. Thank you for a job well done! More

Great service! I took my vehicle in for a minor recall repair and to have a noise investigated. I was impressed that I was provided a rental vehicle at no cost to m I took my vehicle in for a minor recall repair and to have a noise investigated. I was impressed that I was provided a rental vehicle at no cost to me - this made my day much more convenient! Also, the Advisor - Eric - was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle he drove it to the door for me, which I greatly appreciated as there was a horrible wind/rain storm!! More

Excellent...! Thank you Go Auto! From start to end service was excellent. However, I came to pick the car up after 5:30 and had to walk all the way to the back of Thank you Go Auto! No big deal, but if it was right by the service door (where there was space), that would have been better :-) But thank you though... I appreciate overall experience. More
