SO MUCH DISSAPOINTED! MISLEADING! OVERPRICING! and they have some hidden charges! They gave us Nissan Versa for the price of $12,400 after few days waiting for approval we saw the price of the same and they have some hidden charges! They gave us Nissan Versa for the price of $12,400 after few days waiting for approval we saw the price of the same car, sane vin# it was only $10,945 we went back to show to them but the manager said that the one posted in kijiji was a glitched! Wat d heck! ( mean to say the ads on kijiji is misleading.) They charge twice for the admin bec they have two admin, one is the hyundai admin and the other one is the finance admin. And I tought we bought the car but its not, it was only leased. ( From the start the word “lease” was never mention. My mistake I did not read before I signed bec they did not give you time to read.) we also pay for fab keys which is should be included.... so stressfull still working out on this but they were not helpful. Please if you care for your friend dont recommend just to get a go card points. More

For me both the product, a Genesis Coupe, and the sales and service proved to be a major disappointment. And it was what I felt poor service that ended my relationship with this dealership. This was my experience and I regret the day I made this purchase from Southtown Hyundai. More

Some good and bad Sales and management's were very polite and helpful and everyone involved was able to make time to meet me on my schedule. Selecting the vehicle went well, however once I agreed to purchase and had to sit with the finance management was when I had my only negative experience. They were extremely pressure full and when I turned down many of the extra warrenties and such, the two of then called me "crazy". Thanks, but i'll pay for 3M once instead of over the period of 6 years. They did convince me to go with life time oil changes, however they increased my finance period by 6 months with a lower payment (which I was aware) and interest rate (they did not bother to mention). Other than that I love my new vehicle so far More

I had an extremely bad taste in my mouth from dealing with my salesman at Go Honda and was not excited to walk in here. We were recommended To Josh by a friend and from the first meeting he treated you like you’ve been friends for years. I was pretty picky this time around when getting a car and Josh took note of everything I wanted; km range, hatchback, Bluetooth, etc. He found a couple cars but right away he could tell they weren’t what I wanted. We took a little Ford Focus for a test drive but it felt a little to “squishy” if that makes sense, I almost felt claustrophobic in it. My husband loved it and was trying to push me to take the plunge. Josh had already gone off to talk to his manager Corey (also amazing! Thank you so much!) after I told him my concerns and without fail, came back with a 2014 Elantra gt, not even listed yet. He told me to go take it for a ride and that’s when I knew he’d done it. As soon as I got in that car it was perfect, everything I had on my list (minus cosmetics like a sunroof and auto-start) was in this car. He was just as excited as I was when I got back, even then, he was still asking if there was anything I didn’t like about it or if there was anything I wasn’t sure about. After we went over to finance to deal with yet another amazing person, Doug, the evening was over. This was the most amazing car buying experience we’ve ever and probably will ever have. Josh we will be back every time we need a vehicle so long as you’re still there! Thank you so much for taking such a stressful experience and turning it into one of the most exciting experiences of my life :) you’re the best! More
