When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted warmly and offered a test dive, the vehicle had a couple options that were unexpected and we began negotiations which went smoothly. In went there for the oil change for my sonata on 21 January 2019 . Rory was my service advisor . After there service he call me that i have a recommendation replacement for the cabin filter . The stran January 2019 . Rory was my service advisor . After there service he call me that i have a recommendation replacement for the cabin filter . The strange thing is that cabin filter I replaced by myself in December. I told him that it is replaced like a month ago and in seconds he changed his statement and said its okk now. And the second issue was that my car makes a louder noice on some intervals. I received the text that the technician took a test drive and he noticed the loud noice as well and after that he is trying to look the cause . When they didn’t found the cause they blame the tires as well as my bumper . This noise is coming from last 2 months from my engine between 80 -95kms speed . At the end the charged $109 for inspection for not getting the issue fixed .they got the noise is coming but they didn’t get the exact cause. Rory was arguing with me on the call when i said $109 is doesnt make any sense cause they didn’t recognize the sound . when i went to pick my car , i met JEFF (service manager) he didn’t solved my problem as well . I also wanna discuss my last year experience with this place . I went there for my service number 3 . They recommended me the wheel alignment . They performed the wheel alignment that time . After the wheel alignment , my steering was in incorrect position. I have to visit like 3 times for the correct wheel alignment coz every time the wheel position was wrong which was impacting my wheels . I end of paying $109 for no reason . My car was very dirty from outside as well as they didn’t even vacuum my car. Both were mentioned in the service package . More
