He googles the warning and tells me it's "fine" to drive, but to take it to Mazda to check it out. I tell him I'm not driving it, he reluctantly agrees to take it back and have it fixed. Next day texts me says update is done and good to go. I come back, take car and all is good for one week. Warning light comes on again, I text a picture of it to Audi and tell him I'll drop the car off the next day so that they can fix it properly this time. He basically tells me too bad so sad, it's my problem now. I threaten to file a complaint with AMVIC, he washes his hands of it, saying I can call his managers. He also texted that they were not going to fix/pay for it. Short version, a family member who knows the GM phoned in and complained about the lack of any customer service from Audi. Next day I have a text from Audi saying to bring it in, that they have a loaner for me and they will take it to Mazda. The software upgrade was done this second time, and Cory, manager at Southtown was very helpful and made sure that I was satisfied. I would never recommend Audi for the fact of a salesperson receiving their commission from my purchase, and walking away when the issue was never resolved in the first place. I would definitely go back to Cory, he was not aware of what had transpired until I brought up the run ins I had with Audi. I've never encountered such bad customer service as I did with him. I work in sales, I work with our clients and listen to understand, not listen to respond. More

I felt pressured rather than supported, and important details were not explained clearly. The process took much longer than promised, and customer service did not seem to care about resolving concerns. Overall, this dealership did not meet basic expectations for professionalism or honesty. I would not recommend Southtown Hyundai based on my experience. Specially Joyce in finance. More

WAY over priced. Absurd reasons for spending too much time to do simple repairs and charge for everything. Never again will I go to a dealership. Absurd reasons for spending too much time to do simple repairs and charge for everything. Never again will I go to a dealership. More
Stay far away from Southtown Hyundai. They misled me on timelines, tried to add hidden costs, and failed to honor written agreements. The vehicle wasn’t ready when promised, repairs were sloppy, and I had to return multiple times for issues they claimed were fixed and the mechanical inspection indicated they were. I’ve never been lied to as much in my life as I have in the 2 weeks dealing with multiple people at Southtown Hyundai, as they keep passing you on to different people to handle the issues. No accountability. What should have been an exciting time in getting a new vehicle was instead stressful and frustrating—I’ll never go back, and I strongly advise others to avoid them and save you and your family the headaches of dealing with this unethical group. Overall pleasant and positive experience. Julia in finance was very knowledgeable, able to a answer all my questions and made the financial end of the sale as quick and painless as possible. Julia in finance was very knowledgeable, able to a answer all my questions and made the financial end of the sale as quick and painless as possible. Paul was great and really knows his stuff. He explained and helped set up the seemingly endless features to best suit my needs, including the phone apps and carplay. It's quite the information overload, that is rather intimidating, but he assured me that he's just a call or text away if I need anything explained again. I especially appreciated that he was able to get me everything I wanted while still keeping it affordable. It's very apparent that this wasn't just another sale, but rather he genuinely cares and wants me to get the most out of my new vehicle and love it as much as he does. I would highly recommend paying him a visit if you're in the market for a new car More
I am done impacting my mental health because of the awful service I received from Southtown Hyundai. I will consult widely on what my options are, but I will not cause myself or my family any more pain becau service I received from Southtown Hyundai. I will consult widely on what my options are, but I will not cause myself or my family any more pain because of the insensitivity of some people. The inefficiency of the engine or mechanical system of my Santa Fe 2017 should not cause me heightened blood pressure or sleepless nights. My area of work is Mental Health Therapy, and I personally experienced the anxiety and sleepless nights and uncertainty with going to work, taking my kids to their activities, etc. The carefree attitude of a service person caused me great pain. I will never recommend Hyundai to anyone. I am done with their insensitivity and exploitation. More
About a month ago, I took my Hyundai Tucson to Southtown Hyundai dealership for an engine problem, and they replaced the engine. Prior to the failure, my car was running smoothly. After the replacement, I n Hyundai dealership for an engine problem, and they replaced the engine. Prior to the failure, my car was running smoothly. After the replacement, I noticed a power issue when accelerating. Following a discussion with the dealership, I scheduled an appointment for inspection. During the visit, I incurred a $500 charge for scanning and flushing the transmission. The dealership then recommended a transmission replacement( transmission wiring harness and transmission assembly)at a cost of $15,000, denying warranty coverage. I dispute the liability for the transmission problem, given its absence before the engine replacement. Upon reviewing the documentation, I found inconsistencies between the verbal and written communication. Due to the unsatisfactory experience, I have lost faith in Southtown Hyundai and have taken my vehicle to a family-owned shop for evaluation. Im left without a vehicle. Im on long term disability need my car.. More
