Best People Best Deal Best Truck !! I purchased my new Ram 1500 last week. Collette, Mike @ Darius were wonderful to deal with they made sure everything was exactly what I wanted. They w I purchased my new Ram 1500 last week. Collette, Mike @ Darius were wonderful to deal with they made sure everything was exactly what I wanted. They went above & beyond even taking some accessories off my other truck and installing them on my new truck at no charge. While they were doing this I was given a "free" rental car which was a nice surprise. The next day when I picked up my truck it was washed,polished and waiting inside in case it rained they wanted to ensure my truck looked great. EJ took it over and filled the tank which was a nice bonus. I was treated very well and would recommend if you are looking for a vehicle go and see the great team at Southtown, they will make sure you get exactly what you want. Pushy sales tatics and go card members hip a rip off! Booked an appt for detail, windshield and wheel alignment. Paid close to 2000 bucks for the go membership and haven't used it until now. Got called by three different salesmen looking to get me out of that truck. We made a deal on a new one which I haven't seen as it won't be here for a couple weeks. In the meantime the work that was supposed to be done on my old truck isn't getting done. I still have to drive it for a couple weeks so I expect to get it cleaned at least. I paid in advance for that work. And another thing that pisses me off I didn't get a chance to talk this new deal over with my wife or look over what options this truck had. The deal was I was to get a ram fifth wheel hitch put in. They backed out of that and are getting it subbed out to third party. Even though the new truck has the prep package I'm sure they are going to drill holes in the box for the sub PAR hitch they are installing. Also the new truck has no mud flaps which never got worked into the deal. Anyway got a bad taste in my mouth already. Wondering what the next 7 yrs will be like! More

Why can't I give 0 stars? A brand new 2009 vehicle should not need to go into a service bay every second week with a number of different issues only to be told by service advis A brand new 2009 vehicle should not need to go into a service bay every second week with a number of different issues only to be told by service advisors that they can't find anything wrong. At one point their service department "Spread some goo" on the breaks. That's literally what the service sheet said. Not only that, a person shouldn't have to pay for the vehicle to be in the service department for warranty work. We got rid of that vehicle in 2013 and upgraded... but I still had painful experiences dealing with Service. They were consistent - I'll give them that. They don't communicate anything. If you're stuck using their service get a loaner because they'll wait until 5 pm to tell you the car is ready but you cant get a shuttle ride. Oh, and spend $150 on a piece of mind inspection, and get a piece of paper but no explanation, no walkthrough of what was done. And if you need warranty work done and they have to order a part, they tell you its on you to get the repair done BEFORE warranty expires otherwise you're paying for it - even if you're waiting on them to get the part and have discovered an issue months before the warranty expired.
