Customer service is incredible!!! I took my outlander for servicing on a Saturday. It was going to be a 3 hour wait. They don't have shuttle service on Saturdays so Brandon let me tak I took my outlander for servicing on a Saturday. It was going to be a 3 hour wait. They don't have shuttle service on Saturdays so Brandon let me take one of the 2017 Outlander's for a 3 hour "test drive". It was GREAT! Now THAT'S customer service at its BEST!! Aaron Grena helped me with a 2017 Lancer test drive, and then we negotiated the terms of my purchase. I was offered a very good value for my trade in. Financing with done with Kevin Kennedy, and I was impressed with his efficiency and during the few days it took for the car to arrive, he was always available for communication, and responded to my emails within minutes. He was very accommodating with my request for the instalment dates. Southside Mitsu is a kid-friendly place, and in both occasions I was there, I had my 3-year old daughter with me, and she was always entertained by staff, and I felt very safe with her "exploring" the place. I will definitely go back for service and when thinking of buying a new car. More
