Mike really help find a suitable car for me. This guy answered and explained all the questions i have asked about the car, and was very entertaining to his customers. I had a wonderful experience at southside mitsubishi. I visited them 3 times to buy a car and i must say that they were very friendly and nice to me during all my visits. Daryn took me for a test drive dur visited them 3 times to buy a car and i must say that they were very friendly and nice to me during all my visits. Daryn took me for a test drive during my first visit and introduced me to the CVT technology and the manual transmission of RVR. Mark Haberstock gave me information about my credit history and he promised me to get good deals from the bank for financing. Since this was my first new car purchase in Canada, i was very much apprehensive about the financial obligations that i have to put forth for buying a car. Joe Storzuk and Michael Castro were the ones who talked numbers to me before the purchase and i am sure that they did the best to help me out. Michael also showed me around a used Lancer. They understood my tight budget and did their maximum to help me out. They respected my way of negotiation and gave me their best as they could. It was Raman Randhawa who helped me with the finances and he was also very good at taking care of my contract. I must say that all of them were really nice to me through out the buying process and i would highly recommend this dealer for car purchases. More

The only negatives were the delivery time and communication. It took longer than I expected for the car to be delivered. This was very unfortunate but I understand it is primarily outside the dealership's control; however, I felt the communication could have been stronger on where my car was and when it would arrive. It is my understanding that this information was not always made available to the dealer, but I feel this issued should be worked on to ensure the satisfaction of the customer. Thanks. More
The point up to when I signed for my purchase of a 2013 RVR was fine in terms of customer service. From that point on, I could not have had a worse experience. The dealer never contacted me when my accessories came in and I had to go in twice more to get an improperly installed accessory fixed. I also had to go in several more times to sign paperwork for a Grad rebate and Fuel Card, also going in a month later to sign a form that had been 'lost.' After heavy nagging, I was called to say that my fuel card had arrived, only to go in and be told that the fuel cards had arrived, but not 'My' fuel card. Couldn't he have checked this before telling me to come in? 6 months and much phone and email nagging after my car purchase, I insisted on speaking with the highest level manager possible with Mitsubishi Canada, and they then called me to say that the card had been at the dealership for months and that the dealer had been 'trying to contact me.' What a load of crap. My grad rebate arrived shortly before the fuel card. I emailed/phoned the sales manager, dealer president, customer service, Mitsubishi Canada and my concerns were consistently diverted, unaddressed, and not followed-up with. I never saw any effort/interest in giving me the slightest bit of pleasant customer service, or at least apology or effort to alleviate damage. Any responses were band-aid solutions intended to get me out of their hair. I love the RVR but implore you to not purchase it from Southside Mitsubishi. I hate to be so negative, but my customer experience was consistently awful. More
I am very happy with the new car and Michael Castro was very helpful that leads to a very quick decision to purchase and trade in my Hyundai Accent GLS 2013. Second time purchasing from this location, First time was a nightmare, but with recent management changes they have turned it all around! Fantastic staff took care of us even after purchase, had to leave our a nightmare, but with recent management changes they have turned it all around! Fantastic staff took care of us even after purchase, had to leave our outlander for install of upgrades for a whole day and never felt inconvenienced. Our sales person even drove me to work! So we went to this dealer (Southside Mitsubishi) to give our friend a company. When we get there, we look for Mike (Micheal Castro) because they knew him and his the one who gonna assist us, Mike showed us a couple of car to choose from but none of them "catch my attention", i felt bored so i asked my husband to go home and call it a day, and then Mike came to us and asked us if we want to see this car. He said the owner just trade-in that car, Mike showed the car to my husband and he likes it, he said we should get the car and i said i am not interested anymore because i already have in mind. But Mike together with Joe was so persistent and he give all this packages to us that we can't resist, I am satisfied with the customer service they provide us, and now that we are driving the car i am glad that we went to that dealer that night. More
