Horrible I went there trying to buy a car. The sales was ok, he wouldn't look straight into the eye when you question him some serious questions. But whatever, I went there trying to buy a car. So having a sales or not doesn't effect me. So I was trying to get a good deal there, they are willing to lower the price, but still out of my budget, so I extend the period of time. Here comes the downfall. I see only slight changes when I extend the contract by year, then try another year. The changes isn't much, but it fell into my budget, so whatever, they increase the price back up. It looks like the price drop, but when you calculate it, the price went back up. They said rate went much higher blah blah blah ( I asked them what's the rate for financing this car for these 3 different option? They said it's the same.) yeah ok... But I love the car, so whatever again... Went to financial manager to seal off the deal. After days passed by, nothing heard from them till I called them. They said the bank they dealt with doesn't accept my loan, because of my credit back ground. So I called Equifax myself and fix the problem, it's their problem, not mine. So I had to do everything myself after hearing advice from a financial manager from another dealership. Their financial manager at the south side mitsu doesn't and won't be able to solve the problem for you. Instead he just checked with many banks and hope one of them accept me. When I see my credit report, I see 7 extra inquiries from each bank, which in the end, damaged my credit. So I cancel the order... But the sales texted me again and see if he can have my business, I gave him another chance. So I went back to the dealership and try to deal with them again. I asked the financial manager not to talk to me, but he just came to the sales desk and talk to me. From then, I decided not to deal with them again. They can't even do what they promised me to do, just this small thing, they can't even do it. So I don't expect them to keep any promises that they make. So I went to Westside Mitsubishi to get my car instead, got the deal and got my car real quick. They are much better than this Southside. Don't bother visiting this place, highly not recommended. If you want a car with good price and keep promises. Oh btw, even if they give you a cheaper deal, they will add the reduced price somewhere else. (Admin fee is $200 higher than other dealerships.) For Service Dept: regarding Back up camera. Good day, i am very satisfied with my experience is Sales Department but i have concern regarding the installation Of back-up camera. I just noticed it last Friday night, its look really blurred in the lcd display, though i already message Vlad of Sales regarding this but he Told mo to contact the service. Maybe the reason why it becomes blurred is that the camera was installed a bit up right instead of facing a bit down, and it makes difficult to calibrated the parking range lines. Also the heater/acu vent besides the lcd cannot be adjust to left or right. Thank you Derick Atupan More
