Excellent Service Yesterday I had the due for 25000 car service. I arrived at the morning and just found out it wasn't actually booked for this day but the day after, t Yesterday I had the due for 25000 car service. I arrived at the morning and just found out it wasn't actually booked for this day but the day after, the agent his name is Eric was more than just helpful he was happy to accept the car for the service (not sure what was the reason for booking confusion ) but Eric's attitude was fascinating! Shelter dropped me off and picked me up smoothly and well arranged. At the car pick up Eric offered me the car wash service which i didn't know that it was available and FREE!!!!. Eric Forest is a saint. I hate my car and I'd never buy another Mitsu, but whenever I come in for repairs I get to talk to Eric and that guy is pure gold. Basically, he is a I hate my car and I'd never buy another Mitsu, but whenever I come in for repairs I get to talk to Eric and that guy is pure gold. Basically, he is a customer service genius; a total guru. You guys need to pay him more. I'm not kidding. Oh, and I'd like to throw two thumbs up to your driver Sam. Both times I had my car serviced there I was promised a call sometime in the morning to let me know what was going on and when I might get my car back. Both times I had to call them. Jenn T. wrote a review for Southside Mitsubishi One minute ago 5.0 star rating 2/11/2016 I recently got an email from my previous "dealership" Go Jenn T. wrote a review for Southside Mitsubishi One minute ago 5.0 star rating 2/11/2016 I recently got an email from my previous "dealership" Go Auto Outlet on the west end essentially trying to sell me on trading in my 2010 Jeep for a "new" ride at a "potentially" cheaper interest rate for financing. I spent a full Saturday at two Go Auto locations where they tried to sell me used vehicles (2012-2013) that are at way over inflated on prices, so on Sunday, the hubby, baby & I drove around the city viewing legit dealership lots, we just happened to drop in to Mitsubishi to take a peek at their selection of SUV's when we were approached by a salesperson. He wasn't pushy whatsoever & let us browse the outdoor lot, suggesting if we wanted to beat the cold, to drop into the showroom. We weren't going to stop into the showroom but just on a whim we decided, hey why not. We walked in and browsed a few vehicles nearby, the sales manager approached us and we were ready for the sales pitch and the pushy attitudes that we were used to at other dealerships, but rather than that, he simply provided us his name, position and told us to browse at our leisure and he would be in the area if we had any questions or anything. We walked around a bit and when questions arose, he was there to answer and even give his opinions and suggestions. There was no point that we felt like there was any pushy sales attitude, but rather a genuine interest what we wanted in a vehicle. We spent a good few hours there and were continuously treated like gold by every single employee we came across. After a test drive, some discussion among hubby & I, some discussion (haggling) among the salesperson and us, we ended up with an extremely low km 2015 SUV with all of the fix in's in the vehicle (navigation, power everything, back up camera, lane departure warning, etc.) at a fantastic price (and even better financing plus a fair trade in value for my 2010 Jeep)! From beginning to end we were treated like gold and had not a single legit bump in the road in getting our butts into this new vehicle (did I mention heated seats, we had some toasty buns!) within days. I have honestly never had this amazing of an experience at a dealership and I would DEFINITELY recommend this location and will definitely be back for my services or if I ever plan to trade my vehicle in for an updated one in the future. More
