Despite multiple follow-ups over more than a month, I have still not received my refund or clear answers regarding when it will be paid. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue and have had to contact multiple parties just to get information. Buyers should carefully review all add-on products and ensure they fully understand the cancellation and refund process before signing. I hope this matter is resolved soon, but based on my experience, I would recommend proceeding with caution. More

Worst customer service ever. I have taken my outlander there a few times and it has been nothing but a headache. My car kept stalling when I was driving. Southside Mitsubishi couldn't find anything wrong. I took it elsewhere and they discovered my wires were corroded under the hood and the battery was almost gone. They installed new bulbs in my headlights but whatever they did is wrong because I can barely see the road when I am driving. Absolute criminals at this dealership More
