Worst customer service ever. I have taken my outlander there a few times and it has been nothing but a headache. My car kept stalling when I was driving. Southside Mitsubishi couldn't find anything wrong. I took it elsewhere and they discovered my wires were corroded under the hood and the battery was almost gone. They installed new bulbs in my headlights but whatever they did is wrong because I can barely see the road when I am driving. Absolute criminals at this dealership More
Bought a truck start of July & part of the deal & what I paid for was for 3M to be installed correctly. Since we don’t live close Mike Kracher advised us that we can go to Bow Mitsubishi should there ever b paid for was for 3M to be installed correctly. Since we don’t live close Mike Kracher advised us that we can go to Bow Mitsubishi should there ever be an issue with anything & it gave me a piece of mind. When we got the truck delivered to our home in Airdrie 3 days later & upon inspection we noticed on EVERY SINGLE area where the 3M was installed, there was tons of dirt/ debris trapped under the film & it was peeling in spots. We immediately reached out to the dealer and advised them of the issue & sent pictures to show them the issue. They said go to Bow Mitsubishi & it will be taken care of. Truck sat with Bow for 2 days till I got called and advised that the Service manager at Kross rejected the Work order and they would not fix anything as the installer at Bow claimed it was from “rock chips” ( See the pics on goggle and you will see the install guy at Bow is an idiot as well as Kross’s install is terrible) Mike advised my Husband that he would help us again and get it fixed & he would pay his own money for us to go to another shop in the Calgary & pay for the 3M to be fixed. So again we take the truck to another south shop & get told the next day that Mike was only going to get the front bumper & hood fixed and NOT the rest of the truck that still has the poorly installed 3M. When we picked the truck up from that 3rd party you can tell it was quality work! Kross couldn't even bother to cut the 3M on the bumper to account for the sensors and holes for the front plate & they had the 3M tucked in properly instead of slapped on like Kross did. We asked for our money back for the 3M & where told no and that if we take the truck back to Edmonton it would maybe get fixed. I should not have to take my entire weekend or time off during my work week to accommodate there operating hours, pay for gas, food, hotel and put those Km’s on my truck for them to maybe fix there mistake and there continued run around. We are currently trying to get a hold of the service manager to get this resolved but from what I can see on the other google reviews he is good at not returning calls. I should of bought elsewhere when they offered the “Free $500 gas card” and tried to work that into my financing, to me that’s not free its just me financing my own $500, but I let it go & viewed it as a terrible sales “incentive”. They have been reported to the AMVIC for failure to follow through on the written agreement & no one is returning our calls. More

So i got the 2022 eclipse cross with my trade in great car and smooth transaction and very easy approval both sales and finance dpt. are very helpful. Only draw backs are the promotional winter tires which in back orders and i have been waiting for weeks now but overall they are great. I'll give them 3 for now but just bcoz of the tires that supposed to come with its perfect for this time of the year but they said they dont have an eta for it which a bit sad. If you are considering make sure they have the promotional tires in stock before buying or if you dont mind it well these guys are great from sales to finance namely Brandon and Brad were both great at what they do. They have the best prices on suv's compare to others and best 10 year warranty and still being manufactured in japan unlike honda and toyota which i consider before. I only got the entry level but fully pack with what i need. If they dont have the winter tires for me buy december or so, then maybe i wil change my review but for now they get a 4 from me. More

I don't know what kind of diagnosis they did and why they charged for diagnosis? Now they are saying "unfortunately AMA didn't sent certified technician" who replaced the new battery last week and who checked the power supply from Alternator to battery. AMA provided the copy of their check and stated the alternator not charge the battery. I arranged third party technician to check the car and he said the same. Towed my vehicle with my own cost because southside Mitsubishi service center manager said drop the car with customer own expenses and they don't have tow service. He said without seeing car he cannot say anything or any answer regarding 6 days before replaced alternator. Yesterday I got the text message from "Rhianon Barrett" saying alternator is functioning in good condition but some external source is running your car that's why getting dead frequently, If customer agree to pay re-diagnosis fee then showroom will do re-diagnosis to find out what is that external source is running. Why they charged diagnosis fee on couple of week before and why they didn't catch this issue since 2020? 1.May be they are planning to replace one by one part from my car thru trail and error method 2. May be they don't have qualified and experience technicians 3. May be they purposely xxxxxxx my money to build their wealthy. 4.Rude Service manager/ team and owner doesn't know what's going on there 5.Mitsubishi doesn't audit these kind of dealership I have requested service manager to provide his email address to send all documentations since 2020, he said "No email address for him", only proceed thru phone calls. I never installed any external source in my car. I was installed remote starter three years before and car was in good condition until 2020. Yesterday I removed that remote starter and even though my car is not started and dead in my underground parking lot. The following costs are spent because of this poor service center, 1. Battery replaced- nearly 200 CAD 2.Starter replaced - nearly 900 CAD 3. Alternator replaced - nearly 1000 CAD 4.Battery replaced 2021-nearly 240 CAD 5.Third party inspection-nearly 200 CAD 6.Tow charge-nearly 100 CAD Southside Mitsubishi need to inspect my car thoroughly and fix all the issues by their own cost. I am not a fool to tow my vehicle again to your service center. I am going to wait until end of this month, Lets see what is the response from you guys. More
