A very well organized and customer focused organization. I was truly impressed with ease and efficiency that we were able to work together to confirm a vehicle that was great a great fit me. After initial contact over the internet they invited me for a test drive and an appraisal of my trade. I explained that my schedule was unusually busy and I could only stay for an hour. They respected this and wanted to make sure I didn’t miss an appointment. They allowed me to take the new vehicle home to ensure it fit in my very small parking space at my condo. They even offered to let me keep it overnight. Negations were fair and transparent and a good deal was achieved. All staff were really professional and helpful.
