I am a new client of Southbank. Bought a 2021 RAM last week. I initially went in knowing I needed a truck but didn't have a clear list of must haves/nice to haves. Through a few visits/emails, different test drives, and conversations over coffee, we refined my criteria and found the truck that met my needs. The agents showed me patience and didn't pressure me (of course it was month end so they wanted this sale, but it wasn't their only motivator). I visited another dealership since there was a truck available but immediately saw the difference in client care and went right back to Southbank. Justice Jackson was wonderful, kind, great customer care, spent time chatting with my son while I finalized paperwork, went above the line of duty to take pictures (at night), to confirm some details etc.. So far so good, truck is great and I'll go back to Southbank when I'm ready for the next purchase ! More

Normally shopping for a car is very stressful. This time my experience was positive. First I connected with André Bond, manager at Southbank. He listened to my needs and subsequently he connected me with Bader Sandouka. Bader was able to send me car options via email. He followed up very quickly when I had questions. I was able to narrow my choices and then arranged to test drive the two cars. We proceeded to negotiate the price and I bought my car. Afterwards I met with Huseyn Huseynov, financial manager. We were able to complete the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently. I can’t say enough good things about Southbank. André Bond and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and respectful.
