Brandon was fantastic but the finance dept was extremely disappointing. I have to pay provincial taxes twice bc they shouldn’t have charged me Ontario tax since I was from Quebec. The finance dept also forgot to give me paperwork that the motor vehicles lady said he clearly knew I needed. I stood in line at the motor vehicles for almost an hour to be told I don’t have the originals and she could do nothing for me. When I went to pay for the vehicle with cash their POS system wouldn’t take $60,000 so I stood around for another hour waiting for them to talk to the company they rent the POS from to make a one time transaction for $60k. The head of the finance dept was rude and made mistakes then blamed them on me refusing to take responsibility for his role until finally he said he was sorry for the missing paperwork. I would not have bought this vehicle if it wasn’t for Brandon. He was kind and considerate and admitted things were not completed the way they usually were. I will recommend Brandon but not the finance department. More
