The Experience at Southbank was absolutley the best from the Sales (Rod) to finance (Huseyn) to the Sales Management Staff. They went the extra mile and Ed delivered my vehicle directly to my door. I was pleased with the response time when I called to schedule the oil change. When I arrived, I was clearly informed by service advisor that it could take up to 2.5 hours because there were now 4 client schedule the oil change. When I arrived, I was clearly informed by service advisor that it could take up to 2.5 hours because there were now 4 clients in front of me. I accepted and it took 2.5 hours as stated. Thanks ! More
