Wow. Amazing service. My Jeep wrangler Sahara was stolen and found and immediately I requested that south bank take care of it. From beginning to end Amazing service. My Jeep wrangler Sahara was stolen and found and immediately I requested that south bank take care of it. From beginning to end was awesome service. R J brand was my adviser and he is incredible. He answered all my questions and told me exactly the process and length of time etc. RJ is very skilled and knowledgeable at his job and I always feel confident when I deal with him. I always have tons of questions and he always responds with info and suggestions. He usually also recommends preventative maintenance on my Jeep to prevent future problems. And he’s always right about it. When I go there I feel like family as he and other staff treat me great. They always smiling and ready to assist. I take pride in owning my Jeep and it’s nice to see that RJ and staff feel same about it and customers. Customer service is so important nowadays especially when it comes to vehicles, and you score 100 percent on this. So thanks RJ. Incredible work.
