I then went to the dealership where I met Prince (sales person) and Ivan (General Manager). Prince was very patient and professional and explained to me the process and procedure of the transaction. He also went through the entire vehicle and explained the options and all of the buttons-there were many buttons. LOL. From the first hand shake I made with Ivan, I knew that I was at the correct dealership. He was honest and spoke to me like we knew each other for years. This made me feel comfortable and at ease.
