He was able to answer any questions we had, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with making a purchase. The day of the pick up of our vehicle, he made sure that we were completely satisfied with the purchase and that all the requests had been done. I would definitely recommend SouthBank as a dealership for the exceptional client service, and I would absolutely recommend Rami as the go to for Sales. All around the entire experience was great, from the time we walked in the door to see the vehicle, to dealing with Rami, talking with the Sales Manager, and then talking with the Finance Manager. Their best employee is their Shuttle Driver! I have had nothing but terrible experiences here. The salesperson had no idea what he was doing. Every time I have an issue no one gets back to me. When I take my vehicle in no one calls me to tell me it is done. No one tells me what they did to the car, or gives me any paperwork. If they do explain anything, it's like they are trying to figure out what will make you go away, not what will help you to understand what happened. One of the employees is quite 'handsy'. The car is basically a lemon, it has a terrible transmission, which I guess I'll be fixing for the next 5 years. The only positive was the time the Shuttle Driver helped me get my car when they failed to arrange it, which is not even his responsibility! More

Richard, the service advisor, took such excellent care of me ensuring that I received a rental when the repairs took longer than expected. He also had the Jeep completely detailed as a special surprise. I could not have been happier with the exceptional service. I have never been treated so well and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. In addition, everyone that I came in contact with there was super friendly. The receptionist/administrative assistant there even offered cookies to my children. Absolutely amazing! More

Paul Curry makes it right! I bought a used vehicle from Southbank and was less than impressed with how things went. Luckily I met Paul Curry who ended up being a breath of I bought a used vehicle from Southbank and was less than impressed with how things went. Luckily I met Paul Curry who ended up being a breath of fresh air and made my experience tolerable. I said that I "wouldn't" recommend this dealership but if any of the sales people at Southbank are as committed to customer service as Paul(finance department) is than I would gladly change my opinion on that. The sales people/managers I met were not. After test driving my vehicle and negotiating a deal I came back to pick up my vehicle and found that the mint condition rims that were on the vehicle when I test drove it had been switched out for scratched and scuffed ones. I was told that the reason for this was because the tires that were on the vehicle "barely" passed(but still passed) the safety and they were trying to do me a favour by giving me better tires. Marginally better tires on brutal rims doesn't make much sense to me? Sounds like the classic "bait and switch". I asked them to put the other rims back on and they informed me that I would have to wait until the next day because all of their techs were gone home for the day. I didn't think that was an acceptable answer and eventually Patrick made a good decision and was able to get someone in to take care of the issue. Another small issue was when I pointed out to Khalid that there was no licence plate bracket on the front of the vehicle he told me that he would take care of it and ship it to me. When I called to confirm with him that it had been ordered and shipped he all but disappeared. I called multiple times and I left a phone message kindly asking him to call me back and just confirm that it had been done, he never called. I found this very strange because when I was inquiring about the vehicle(pre-purchase) he would always call me back within 5 minutes. In my opinion a good salesman will always pay attention to detail and communicate this with the customer, this didn't happen after I signed the paper. As I said earlier, I don't want to paint all of the people at Southbank with the same brush. Maybe if I had dealt with different people I would have had a more positive experience and I am sure that there are some good people there. I was lucky enough to have met Paul and my experience with him was great. Southbank should feel proud of the work that he puts in because he did more than his fair share when it came to making things come together in my case. He could have easily walked away and said "I'm just the finance guy", but he had a genuine desire to provide a positive customer experience. A sincere thank you to Paul Curry! More
