We took our van to change our tires and our house key was moved from one ring and placed on another. Our keys were lost for a while after the service was done. When we let them know the situation the explanation that was given was that the house key (and not the other keys that were on the ring) was removed to make it more convenient to the mechanic. This makes no sense since the keys could have been removed from the fob and only the house key was removed. Feel free to bring your car, but be sure to change your house key afterwards. Clearly copying your house key. Will not return and suggest no one support this type of business. Likely the work of a mechanic. Sales people seemed concerned. More
