Take, for example, young Joey, advising us in buying a Jeep. We are not an easy customer, not at least that I have Ph.D. in science and it is my habit to poses difficult questions. Joey never lost patient or was pushy to conclude a deal. We got the impression that he rather worked for us than in the interest of the company. So, after 2.5 hours we had a deal that was very satisfactory to us. To conclude the financial aspects, we then talked to Ala the business manager. What a nice experience. He described several warranty options and auto body protection measures. When we declined this and that he never came back to pressure us or used sweet talk to reconsider. He is the most professional and trustful financial officer we met when we met far when buying a car. More
