Southbank Dodge Jeep purchase I had an excellent purchase experience. Got a warm greeting and knowledgable sales rep. Even if I purchase the vehicle at night, there has been no hesitation to stay a little bit after closing time to complete the transaction. I didn`t feel pressured or pushed to buy my new Jeep. Even if it was a little past the closing time of the dealer, the staff still didn`t pushed or rushed anything. The finance approval has been completed first thing the next morning because the financial institution were close at the time I signed all the documents. Very fast delivery of the vehicle (next day to the finance approval). I puchased several new vehicles and this one has to be the most pleasant transaction I did so far. Very satisfied. More

A few pointers though and that is there were certain issues or questions Steven was not able to answer. I did not take this personally. He is young and eager to learn. Our new 2015 Dodge Journey Southbank Dodge is like family to us. Grandma and Grandpa have been purchasing their vehicles and servicing them at Southbank for decades. It was just the natural progression for us to go this route when it was time for Mom to buy her first brand new car. Where else would we go to choose the car that would protect our family? Every person we dealt with from Cal who first greeted us, to our funny, knowledgeable, patient and helpful sales professional Tyler, to the "money man" Paul who provided us with financing, warranty and insurance options. I was amazed at how quickly our car was ready for pick up. I have never seen two kids more excited to see our new car. Tyler made sure every question we had was answered and we never felt pressured.
