He made me feel like I was important and took the time to help me review and decide what vehicle would be in my best interest and budget. I have dealt with other car dealerships in the past and have to say my experience at Southbank was excellent in comparison. I plan to recommend to my colleagues, family and friends to visit Southbank on their car hunting adventures as I think it would be their first and last stop. Kudos to Tyler for his excellent service. Well organized, professional, knowledgeble and courteous. I started with an email to the Southbank dealership and my preliminary questions were well answered via their enquiry desk. With this first step e-enquiry, Southbank offered a $1000 discount coupon. I requested an appointment for the next day and an opportunity to discuss, test drive and price compare 2015 and 2016 Cherokee models. At our meeting, the sales agent Rami was ready and well prepared and knowledgeable on all aspects of the Jeep vehicles. Vehicles were ready with keys at hand to be test driven and price compared. Other models were available for test driving and comparison shopping. My wife and I were very impressed with the Cherokee North and all of its electronic features and powerful engine. They honoured my black book trade in value and we negotiated the options features and monthly payments to a very reasonable offer. I am thrilled with the performance, style & features of this Cherokee North. Thank you Rami and the Southbank team. More
Great van but draining experience I'm happy to have another van, this was our 3rd purchase from Southbank and our 4th Chrysler vehicle. Stan was very pleasant but we did have a bit of I'm happy to have another van, this was our 3rd purchase from Southbank and our 4th Chrysler vehicle. Stan was very pleasant but we did have a bit of a communication issue regarding the 0% financing which turned out not to be available on our purchase. We only found out that our van didn't qualify at the end of the deal which was a total shocker however the dealership gave us a car starter and we agreed to continue with the deal. The car starter did make me feel a bit better but I really wanted 0% . Overall I found buying a car to be very draining and it left us wondering if we got a good deal as everyone there said we did. Remember this is our 4th new Chrysler. Stan was very pleasant even though he was probably as frustrated and tired as we were. That being said we like our van, love the stow n go and will love the car starter in the winter. We bought the extended warrenty too and I was surprised how much that cost, did we get any Dodge bucks off the price? Ok I hope you don't mind my candour. More

Started my search on Southbank's website and was contacted by Joey Elmakdah before I had signed off. Met him on Monday morning for a test drive and we concluded the deal. Joey was helpful and courteous without being in any way pushy. My Finance contact was Al Alqasem who was very thorough in explaining the various packages to me and, like Joey, was pleasant and courteous without being aggressive, very much appreciated. Finally, Prince Hijazi delivered the vehicle to me and again, a very pleasant and positive experience. Highest marks to Joey, Al, Prince (and Bill who appraised my trade-in) for excellent customer care and service. Thanks, Rosemary. More
Awesome Experience My girlfriend and I just purchased a 2014 Ram. We were looking at new vehicles but couldn't decide on a 2 x 4 or 4 x 4. Rami and Kevin looked at our financial options and came up with a great purchase of a 2014 for us. We really like the truck but unfortunately the payment was a little out of our range. Kevin suggest that we go talk with Sharon to find a better interest rate... which we did. The team at South bank Dodge worked diligently and now we are picking up our 2014 Ram on Thursday. Nice Jeep, Not feeling the satisfaction. I bought a jeep wrangler 2015 sahara. After financing it was a $70,000.00 jeep. It is a pleasure to drive. We love it. It is our first jeep, so I was I bought a jeep wrangler 2015 sahara. After financing it was a $70,000.00 jeep. It is a pleasure to drive. We love it. It is our first jeep, so I was not familiar wit the jeep and the needed accessories . So after have the jeep a few days I realized it needed mud flaps a spare tire cover, mats and winter tires. Someone said I did not need winter tire with a jeep for it had all season tires. I know that there is a big difference in all season tire and winter. Hopefully they do not tell everyone that. The rubber totally different. I sent an email to the manager explaining this and that I also traded in my 2009 Hyundai accent which was in perfect condition, it also had two years on the warranty.They gave me $2000.00 for it which I did not complain about because I thought they would take care of me. The manager did not reply to my email. The sale rep Stewart (excellent salesman) called me three weeks later to tell me that all the thing I thought were missing from the jeep were accessories which I could purchase. So I do not feel that the dealership made me feel special. I felt like they took advantage. I will not buy another jeep from Southbank or recommend them. Stewart was an excellent person to deal with.
