To making my wife and mother law with the new baby, feel comfortable while we get the paperwork done. This is our 2nd car in 2 years. 1 truck and 1 SUV. Bought brand new. No hesitation. Mike Neville was a pleasure to deal with. Mike Neville was our only reason for going to Southbank Dodge. We found him to be pleasant & honest. Hassel Free I recently was in the market for new ProMaster City work vehicle. I of course tried a local dealer and was insulted by the way I was treated, so I wen I recently was in the market for new ProMaster City work vehicle. I of course tried a local dealer and was insulted by the way I was treated, so I went on line and found a vehicle that caught my eye. It was located at Southbank Dodge. I took a chance and drove the 2 hours. Immediately I was greeted by a professional (Mike). He showed me the vehicle I was searching for and within a few minutes I was talking with the finance guy (Bassem). I was treated with the upmost respect, Bassem worked out all the details, I was extremely comfortable with the finical arrangments. Defiantly worth the drive. Thanks Dale from Petawawa More

Southbank was exactly the opposite- very helpful, and they took the time to provide us all the details we needed to select the best car for us. They were very responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Great service! Patient and not pushy I recently bought a Dodge Grand Caravan and loved the service I received at SouthBank. I knew I wanted a Grand Caravan but wasn't sure which model I recently bought a Dodge Grand Caravan and loved the service I received at SouthBank. I knew I wanted a Grand Caravan but wasn't sure which model and wanted somebody to explain the different features the different models came with as well as possible add-ons and a break down of added cost for them. I originally went to another dealership closer to home and was not impressed with the service - I told them what information I wanted and that I wanted to look at the actual vehicles to compare but rather than take me to see the vehicles I was brought to a desk where a few of my questions were answered but mostly the current sale was being pushed. I was also waiting for my mortgage renewal/refinancing to close later that week and wanted to wait until that was done before committing to a vehicle purchase and told the sales rep that. He actually bailed on me. With only half my questions my answered and still having not seen an actual vehicle he told me he would be right back and when he came back he had brought the sales manager with him, introduced him to me, and left. I then had to go through the same sales push with the manager, only ever got to see one vehicle, and left completely dissatisfied. Later that week I decided to try Southbank. It was a further drive so I called ahead to see if I would be able to actually see the different models that I was trying to compare. The rep I spoke to assured me that I would and I decided to book an appointment with him. When I got there he asked me what I was looking to compare in the models and what add-ons I was interested in getting more information on. He explained the differences between the different models and showed me the one that was inside. When I was done checking it out he pulled the other model up so that I could check out the different features that it had. He was extremely patient while I tested features and tried to figure out what I wanted. When I finally decided which model I wanted we sat back down and he found a few vehicles with various add-ons and broke down the pricing for me so that I could decide which add-ons I was willing to pay for. Throughout all of this he was very patient, he wasn't at all pushy, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the things I didn't understand. I am very happy with my final choice and even happier that I was able to work with somebody that let me take the time I needed to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted without pushing me in to it or getting impatient with me. I was also very happy with the finance rep that I worked with. He was also very patient and took the time to explain my options to me. He wasn't pushy either. After he explained options to me if I chose not to go with one he didn't try to talk me in to it, and when I asked about pricing for the options I was interested in he took the time to explain the different breakdowns of them. All in all I felt very informed (I should mention that this was my first time buying a new vehicle so this was all new to me) and was happy with the decisions I made. More
