Before I visited Lockwood I had done a lot of homework about the new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I wanted to purchase. So when I walked through their doors I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted (not certa about the new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I wanted to purchase. So when I walked through their doors I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted (not certain about the colour but we worked that out) and I knew the "numbers" associated with my purchase. Upon meeting sales associate Mil Radenkovic I told him that if we were going to do a deal it would be a straight up no nonsense, no games approach. Mil readily agreed and that's exactly how the whole purchase process went start to finish. Mil laid out and explained the deal in a clear understandable manner. I'm a very detailed kind of guy and I had a lot of questions. Mil always took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Mil spent a lot of time with me making sure that I was comfortable about my purchase. He is very knowledgable about his products and explained all the features and benefits - even some I didn't know about!. And yes I did go to other dealers to compare but in the end I came back to Lockwood because of the excellent sales service from Mil and the great price!
