The reason we keep coming back is that the purchase experiences have not been stressful and the subsequent vehicle service has been, with a few exceptions, excellent. Alanna had followed up with us from a previous inquiry whereby we indicated that we might be interested in replacing our 2012 Dodge Journey with a new model, and, she had accurately recalled our preferences and requirements. The ensuing purchase of our 2014 Journey was handled by Alanna, Patrick and Ibby with no sweat on our part and a high degree of satisfaction with the deal. We will be back to say high when we come in for the Journey's service (the coffee is excellent!) and, probably, in a couple of years for our next purchase.
