Incompetence of the service techs cost me my warranty repair Had this problem on my car since 60,xxx (had 100,xxx warranty) where when I would hit a minimal bump I would hear a noise, brought the car in maybe 6 Had this problem on my car since 60,xxx (had 100,xxx warranty) where when I would hit a minimal bump I would hear a noise, brought the car in maybe 6 times and each time they would replace the bushing but the noise would go away for a day or so and come back. After my warranty expired I brought it in one more time and the mechanics diagnosed that the sway bar was shifted to the side and was making the knocking noise, but they would not cover it under the warranty. I made the point that the noise was documented before 100,xxx and each time they said it was the bushing when it clearly was not; but still they would not cover it. At this time there is no point in trying to get them to cover it so I wanted to write this review so people know when they are deciding whether to bring their car into this dealership. Incompetence of the service tech shouldn't mean I have to pay out of pocket for a on-going problem with my vehicle. More

Misinformation and Mistakes The information I received about the vehicle I wanted to purchase was wrong from the start - I came from out of town to look at a specific Cherokee an The information I received about the vehicle I wanted to purchase was wrong from the start - I came from out of town to look at a specific Cherokee and I called ahead to see if they still had that particular one. When I arrived I was told it was sold. I picked out something else to look at and was told it came with a set of winter rims and tires. When I went to purchase I was told it did not. Then I was told I would get three months Sirius Radio with my puchase - it was cut off within a week. There was still dog hair in the back of the vehicle which was supposed to have been removed. The ownership was filled out incorrectly and left to me to fix without any apology. I emailed the manager, Geoff, and got no reply. Terrible service. My first and last time spending my money at this dealership. More

It was a pretty stark contrast to the other dealers I had visited in the couple of prior weeks during my vehicle search and much better than my last experience with a car purchase at a local dealer. Beyond expectations I’m not someone that usually does reviews but these guys deserve it.
