Not a pleasant experience! Bought a van from this dealer, the van did not have all the features the salesman said it does. Then they didn't clean the van when I picked it up, and I asked for them to change the oil, which they said was done, but was not. After complaining, they said they would send me a $50 gift card for the oil change I had to pay for myself, but never did send it. I spoke to the manager and the GM about this, they said they will take care of it, and again they did not, and just blew me off. More
