I saw the vehicle on auto trader since I live in Sudbury, about 5-6 hours away. So I looked into it a bit more and decided to place a deposit. After that, i required a cosigner. I was sent a credit app for my dad, and asked literally 6 times, twice by email, two missed calls, and one text, just to "ensure I received it." Almost a little bit harassing. So when I got there, there was some undisclosed damage to the front bumper, which I probably wouldn't have bought the car because of but I already drove 6 hours so I had to. The sales guy along with the financial person Michelle, both were confused about this deal and kept asking for my trade in info even tho I had told them multiple times I'm Not trading in anything I'm buying this, they almost thought I was someone else. By the end of it, on my way home I realized they forgot to give me my ownership for the car...... Honestly not sure how. So they said it would be mailed first thing Monday morning, and be emailed to me right away in case I needed it on my way home. I have yet to receive that email even 24 hours later, and am really hoping it truly will be mailed out tomorrow. Definitely a xxxxty experience. To top it off, the "expert detailers" didn't even look in the centre consul because I found spilt and melted candies, etc. truly a xxxxty experience. More
