Almost worse, it became obvious that their Service Dept had been briefed on what to say … and they proved to be laughably bad actors! If you must shop in the Oakville area go with Glenleven Chrysler, a more ethical dealership. We've found their service levels to be higher, and their service prices cheaper across the board. More
