Friendly staff, car missing wheel socket Found this car online and contacted Saffi. He was great to work with and easy to get a hold of. I bought the car within the same day. They even offered to pick me up from the GO station. All the financing was explained in easy terms to understand. Great experience overall. Until I got a flat tire and I went to change my tire but could not find the right socket in my glove compartment which were provided by the dealership (there were a few in there and none fit). They were too small. This happened a few months after i got the car... so when I contacted Saffi, I was told I would get one but never heard from him again. That left a bad taste in my mouth. You can imagine the frustration of being on the side of the road and feeling helpless when all you need to do is change your tire. Thankfully i bought roadside assistance and used it that night. More
