In the over 20 years I have owned Nissan vehicles, I have never had such a disappointing experience. I called and booked an appointment for an issue diagnosed by my previous dealer right before I moved. The part was covered under the emissions warranty as well as my extended warranty. The previous dealer had cleared the code, however they confirmed with Smiths Falls that the part was ordered and the code had been cleared. I spent over two hours with the SF's service manager giving a variety of excuses as to why she couldn't fix it, and calling my old dealer who didn't understand what the issue was. In the end, I elected to walk out realizing the service manager simply didn't care and wasn't going to assist. I have an appointment at a dealer in Ottawa tomorrow, have explained the entire situation, and have been told it will be fixed.
I would not go back to this dealer even if I had a free oil change!!
