how did you get so low you had to hire Mike Miller as an employee, he has the worst face you could put to a dealership, I cant imagine how many women would put up with this mans abuse and cowardly attitude to any on smaller than him, he is in his mind the king ape of the world. I have changed the mind of three people so far of purchasing from a place that employees a goon like him, I know it hurts the salesman as well but if they are afraid for their jobs, they must bear some responsibility if try to have him made gone! II am in the logistics of people buying and talking about cars at your Tim's etc, car clubs, service clubs and churches, I talk and some listen very intently to the ones who have these bad ending stories about lecherous dealers and I tell them that their Fantastic Ford stores very close and some on the lower mainland wiling to bring vehicles up for viewing no obligation, how's that for service, Shaka refuses to tell you where car is even coming from or how its coming, one tells you by truck and another by car being driven casual employee who may or may not decide that your rear tires may have to much tread on them so will make that adjustment for you, no extra charge! How high did engine get revved ? I was firmly told by my Salesman, who I purchased three brand new vehicles there and non of the had over 100km this beautiful car had 290 unexplained miles. the invoice that they flashed in front of my face said it had 690km when it LEFT Salmon Arm but it only had 690 Km when I opened the door door in Penticton, strange I though,unless they used one of the new hoverboads the kids have. when I viewed car on lot the day after it had come off truck, witnessed by Mr.MIller, as we spoke on the phone he assured me that vehicle had just been trucked in and would be going to prep and would be available next day at 10;30 an, my wife and I got there at 11:am and reception had no idea about any car to be picked up and who was my salesperson and I informed her that it was Kent Peppar, she said he is away for a week, so she said she would find out about it and have someone come out and see us. 35 Min later after having his lunch Kevin the something manager, asked us if we were having a good day, as we were proceading of the lot, as I was in no mood to continue this quality of service from a place I had just spent $53000.00 plus on a not new Ford Mustand that I thought I had purchased. Kevin was full of excuses and did not want to lose this sale that I now wished I had of walked away from. Whole dealing sucked and thanks for nothing but abuse from the Miller man. Other salesmen to scared to stand up for me, and I have spoken to Ford people and they say they will help knock down the self proclaimed best ford dealer in the Okanagan who could possibly be worse.
