VERY Helpful people! We were on vacation in Osoyoos all the way from South Bend, IN, USA. We were towing an Escape camper (made in Chilliwack) with our F150 truck and ran We were on vacation in Osoyoos all the way from South Bend, IN, USA. We were towing an Escape camper (made in Chilliwack) with our F150 truck and ran into problems with the turbo boost. We had planned to head up to Banff, but with no turbo boost, that wasn't an option. My husband spoke with Mike Nicolic in service and he got us in on a Saturday and stayed with us till the problem was fixed! I can't say enough about how considerate and professional Mike was! And we were quite at home in your beautiful facility while we waited for repairs to be done. More

Removal of Snow Tires I went in for a 10:30 apt and was told it would be about an hour. After 100 minutes later I was told it would be soon. I looked out and saw my car had I went in for a 10:30 apt and was told it would be about an hour. After 100 minutes later I was told it would be soon. I looked out and saw my car had not been even seen yet. This service is horrible and I will not be back. I think this service should of been on them! Bad news travels fast! More

unheard customer Paid for an expensive head gasket job on my truck which had to be redone by another company after 3000 kms and the dealership wants me to pay for rein Paid for an expensive head gasket job on my truck which had to be redone by another company after 3000 kms and the dealership wants me to pay for reinstall on the motor knowing the job they did had to be redone. I had to find a machinist as they told me the job needed on my motor was not done anymore. Ford has had a solution for the 6 litre diesel for years and after the third head job I found out from another company that did the work and put studs in the head gaskets. I had to call to find out about the work on my truck and heard all kinds of excuses, over 2 months no vehicle no support and had to pay for a ford job to be redone. Ford should be at least absorbing the cost of the reinstall, service manager did not even listen to findings from other company. Very terrifying experience! More

Poor service I have been a ford customer for the past 3 years and I previously had issues with the service department and now ive Been having issues with service y I have been a ford customer for the past 3 years and I previously had issues with the service department and now ive Been having issues with service yet again. Took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation ongoing transmission issues and a wash/vaccum ( Wich was actually half done) and left with a rub in a wheel. Took it back for a afternoon and they redid a brake service that was done 5 months previously. Yet again left with a rub and a unwashed truck. No communication that there wasn't a detailer or transmission guy in and no appointment set up to return for these issues. Its now been over a week with no contact. The service department is falling through the cracks More
