Time frame for service was good. there were no call outs for things That weren’t good. But I do have a recommendation to get an excellent. I have a family member in the same line of work. This person tells me how he gets some guests who are financially strained but need a service. He does what he can to help them out. Which I don’t believe it was my advisors fault for not going to this extra step. I believe it is either Mazda’s culture or this locations. It would be excellent to go to an extra step to just offer some offerings to help ease a guest who’s tight on the finances. More
