Also, must mention how nice the young lady at the front desk was - she came out a number of times to see if I was ok while waiting for the new car to be ready (was quite a wait - everyone very busy). The lady who called me to say the car was ready was also lovely - she called a few times just to check all was going well. Thank you! More

Felt they were very informative and gave information as soon as possible during the service appointment. I also liked the complimentary car wash, vacuum, coffee and reception area and the option for a shut soon as possible during the service appointment. It was nice that they they gave us the option to fix things rather than to do it and then charge you unknown fees. everything was done thoroughly and services were documented on file.
