I was told they fixed my jeep, they didn't. I made an early morning appointment to have my Jeep looked at because of an issue with the cabin heat. My jeep never even got looked at that day. They gave me a loaner to use for the night and it had terrible tires on it for winter driving. The next day I'm told that it's done, they explained what was wrong with it and how they repaired it. When I left the dealership I noticed it was not working. I called to let them know and they offered to give me a loaner for the weekend but considering that their loaner was an accident waiting to happen, I respectfully declined. I have been going to another dealership that has always provided excellent service and has treated me well and even though they are much further to travel, their professionalism is worth the drive. More

Amazing service I was blown away with the service I received while looking for a used car.
