It arrived 4 weeks early and they had it ready right away. Brad worked with our schedule and made it a very enjoyable experience for us. Gary was low key in his approach which was a welcome change versus the sometimes pushy attitude that we experienced at some other dealerships. Gary listened to what we were looking for and showed us vehicles and options that suited our desires. We looked at the product offerings available and were able to make an balanced decision of what Sherwood Dodge had to offer versus other manufacturer lines. He identified knowledge with some other manufacturer vehicle features when asked without demeaning their lines by saying why one was better than the other, but what instead they could do. He knew that our final decision may not be purchasing a vehicle with him, but still provided the support we were looking for. After coming back from a few test drives he gave us some numbers and packages to think over night. We decided to go ahead with a deal and we picked the Jeep Grand Cherokee we had driven and liked.
