All I can say is never again. From charging my credit card with OUT my premission to out right being bullied by sales manager and general manager. I had requested them to b From charging my credit card with OUT my premission to out right being bullied by sales manager and general manager. I had requested them to bring a vehicle in and gave a small deposit. Never signed anything, the vehicle landed, I called my insurance company to get a estimate and was floored by how much the annual fee was went and looked at the truck, beautiful truck however way to much on insurance. So I backed out. I sent a text to the sales manager saying I am backing out and to keep my small deposit. Then The crap show started. Sales manager saying it costed him more to bring the vehicle here, etc. again I remind you I have not signed anything. With in a few hours of that message I noticed 3 transactions on my credit card all from that dealership. Totaling thousands not a few dollars. I called general manager next morning and was told he would review everything and then get back to me and he did. Saying all calls are recorded. I said yes within the dealership not on there private cell phones. Anyway long story short I was basically given an ultimatum saying you either buy a vehicle you like and your money would be refunded to you or you walk away and we keep your deposits. I contacted AMVIC, etc. was advised they would look into it. I ended up buying a vehicle from them not because I really liked the vehicle but because I wanted my money back. There are other details of this overall situation that I am not writing however the basic details and information are there. Even have text messages threads. Would never buy from these unprofessional service company. Literally breaking the law, lying, bullying etc. More
