We had the pleasu I have been to many dealerships in my life and let me tell you, the experience I had at Sherwood Dodge so far has been the best! We had the pleasure of meeting Mark McGuire and having him as my sales consultant. Mark started my experience by just handing me the keys to let me go on a test drive right away by myself. No questions asked. It's not something that The other Dodge Dealerships or Norden Volkswagen had ever offered. Normally it's "I need a copy of your drivers licence and I will show you what route to take on your test drive while I accompany you in the back and talk to you about the car and try my sales pitch on you while you drive." You never really get to know the car you're driving because you are so busy trying to listen to the sales person. When we came back, he didn't immediately sit down and try to throw numbers at me. We actually chatted about what I liked and disliked. If I was happy with the options or if I was maybe looking for a different vehicle. The negotiation went well I felt that I got the car at a fair price. Not at any time during the negotiation did he try belittle or disrespect me, like the sales agents at the Dodge Dealerships on 66th street in Edmonton or the Nordic Volkswagen Dealership in West Edmonton. When we were done with the negotiation and the papers were signed, Mark still treated us like human beings. He was kind the whole we were at the dealership. When I came back to pick up my car a couple days later HE WAS STILL KIND! Mark showed me some features of the car and came through with everything he promised he would. We went to his office and sat down for a few minutes and I told him I was waiting for him to disappoint me like the other Dealerships had. He said to me that he was not going to disappoint me. He said he believed in good customer service and in retaining his clients. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Mark at absolutely anytime. Thank you Mark for such a wonderful experience. High pressure managers I spent 2 days in negotiations to purchase a vehicle. I went in with specific needs and had done my research. The salesman (Rod) was excellent however I spent 2 days in negotiations to purchase a vehicle. I went in with specific needs and had done my research. The salesman (Rod) was excellent however when it came to speaking with the managers with final numbers, I felt I was being taken advantage of. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to. I did not appreciate the way that the manager (Rob) just stood up and left in the middle of discussions. I would recommend to people to do their research before going in to Sherwood Dodge so you know what you're getting in to. More

Was recommended to Shane and he was professional and helpful throughout our transaction, as was Robert in finance. I got a vehicle I love at the price I wanted. As a woman shopping for a vehicle, Shane treated me with respect and was not the stereotypical pushy salesman. He was willing to work with me and made the process easy, which I was not expecting. After meeting with several different sales people from several different dealerships, Shane was miles ahead of all the rest. I would definitely buy again from Shane! More

I was able to do bassiably everything over the phone / emails Brad couldn't have made things simpler. I consider myself pretty educated when it comes to buying. Brad was straight up with everything and went over and above on his deliverables. He was super clear and worked though the best deal for me. I ordered my truck and spend 2 months dealing with him and to say the least I'm impressed. I expected deep down that the delivery date would be late (he got it in 21 days early) and I figured when I went to sign papers that there would be pop up prices now that it's 2 months later but no. I went back and looked at the very first quote Brad sent me and not an extra charge. Actually just a few positive supersies an extra credit and a set of mud flaps. He got me the best leading rate. Some hats to top it off. This guy is a gentleman of gentleman and he's no bluff. More
