The service advisor who attended to me, Bernard Osana, was very professional and knowledgeable of all the items/complaints that I brought up regarding my vehicle. He even suggested alternatives that I thought were very helpful to me in coming up with my decision (i.e. which items to prioritize) that day. Kudos and thank you to Mr. Osana!
