Hello Lawrence, We're sorry to hear the experience did not go well in service. We did speak with the team regarding this, and also a couple of individuals did speak with you letting you know why we are not able to reimburse you for the repair, that now, there is a recall out for. You’re unfortunately out of your warranty term and now it's up to Ford Canada to approve. Our team tried their best to get it approved but unfortunately could not. Here is the phone number for Ford Canada 1-800-565-3637, and hopefully they will be able to help and if there is anything at our dealer level we can do, feel free to reach out again.
