Professional and Courteous Buying a car, whether new or used seems to always be a stressful endeavor. But to be honest, the people at Sherwood Ford we dealt with were patient a Buying a car, whether new or used seems to always be a stressful endeavor. But to be honest, the people at Sherwood Ford we dealt with were patient and very helpful, from Rahul Nischal, our sales person, to Haelee Chang and Sharbel Derosa, the finance people. They answered our questions and helped us get the Ford Escape we wanted. Rahul was attentive and pointed out the features of the used Escape we were looking at, explaining all the "bells & whistles", (we love bells & whistles). We had looked at several Escapes at other dealerships but the deal we obtained at Sherwood Ford topped them all. Other dealerships did not even take the time to detail their offerings, Sherwood Ford's Escape was super clean and it made a difference when it came to our decision of where to buy. We drove there on Tuesday evening, made an offer, finalized the deal on Wednesday and Wednesday afternoon we drove home our new (to us) Escape. I am a professional salesperson and appreciate when another salesperson , Rahul, is courteous and responsive without being overbearing. We would not hesitate to recommend Sherwood Ford to others.
