First time Ford owner We were looking to buy a new truck and liked the Ford F-150, but really didn't know too much about it or other Frod models available. Rob Haley welcom We were looking to buy a new truck and liked the Ford F-150, but really didn't know too much about it or other Frod models available. Rob Haley welcomed us to Sherwood Ford, he was very helpful and informative going over the different models and features of each. Rob offered us to test drive different models to ensure which we preferred, would meet our needs and be most happy with. We decided that the F150 Platinum was the truck of our choice. Rob went through the inventory with us checking the colour exterior and interior and options on each with us. From that point we started to negotiate on the price, trade in etc. although we felt it was a good deal, we explained that we wanted to be sure as it was a big purchase, Rob did not pressure us, he said the main thing is we must be happy in the end. Also we had to be sure it would fit in our garage, Rob offered us to take the truck home or he would bring it over himself for us, he was very accommodating in every way possible. End result was the truck fit in garage, we really like the drive was smooth, quiet and very comfortable and sesure. We met with Rob to write up the final deal, his main concern was that we were well informed and satisfactory in all areas. We then met with Ali Bhojani in finance, Ali explained all the different packages and options such as paint protection, extended warrant etc. we felt well informed when making our final decisions. Ali was very pleasant to deal with. When we picked up our truck, Rob didn't rush us and told us ask as many questions etc as we wanted, he wanted to make sure we were comfortable, he went through everything with us and believe me there there is a lot on that truck, you name it, it has it. Our overall experience dealing with Rob Haley was excellent, he was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and a very nice guy, if we have friends or family looking to buy a new vehicle we will definitely send them to Rob. Best car buying experience I have ever had!! What a fantastic business! Went to other dealerships and felt like a small fish amongst sharks, like a sales target not a person. The entire staff there were friendly, courteous and respectful but my sales rep, Rahul, went so far beyond the call of duty to ensure I made the right choice for me and was perfectly happy with my purchase. Never once did I feel pressured or pushed, and he was incredibly patient as I lengthy weighed my options. There was a small issue with the relay on the smart access door handle of my 2011 Ford Fiesta and though it was a huge issue he made sure it was fixed for me so I was 100% satisfied. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every vehicle I enquired on and made me feel comfortable extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. I have recommended Sherwood Ford and specifically Rahul to everyone I know who may want to buy a vehicle. Robert Moisley in finance was also especially helpful and wonderful to deal with. More
